Phase One
Iron Man (2008)
Marvel studio movies all started with the release of Iron Man in the year 2008. The leading character, Tony Stark is a wealthy man. He has his own armor but later, he is imprisoned by terrorists. The role of Tony Stark is played by Robert Downey, Jr. Later, an “Avenger Initiative” is set up by Tony Stark along with Nick Fury. This Marvel series features various metal armors used by the superheroes. It was shot in places like California, Las Vegas, and Nevada. In the end, the movie shows Captain America’s shield.
The Incredible Hulk (2008)
The huge green monster has been really a fascinating character for everyone till now. Bruce Banner, the scientist turns into Hulk after getting gamma radiation. He loves Betty Ross and always finds a way to protect himself from the weapons. Tony Stark appears at the end of this movie. Captain America is also shown in the ice at the start of the movie. Tony Stark makes a cameo appearance at the end of this movie.
Iron Man 2 (2010)
The second part of Iron Man was made in the year 2010. The film is continued part of Iron Man 1. In the 2nd part, Tony Stark is forced by the US government to pass his technology. The movie also features a rival of Tony Stark who fraudulently uses Stark’s technology to defeat him. It also shows Captain America’s shield. It further features child character Peter Parker and the invention of Thor’s hammer which is reported by agent Phil Coulson. The hammer is found in a desert of New Mexico.
Thor (2011)
The next Marvel series released in the year 2011 was Thor. The character of Thor is played by Chris Hemsworth. He is the prince of kingdom Asgard. Due to a war, he is sent to Earth and his powers are also limited. Thor’s brother, Loki plans to become the prince of the kingdom. Now, it is necessary for Thor to fight against every evil to take the throne and he has to take back his hammer, Mjolnir. Nick Fury made a special appearance at the end of the movie and he finds a cube-shaped object.
Captain America: The First Avenger (2011)
This is the story of Steve Rogers who was declared unfit to join the U.S army in World War II against Germany. He is then selected for a secret military operation and turns into Captain America. Now, he has to fight against the Red Skull who is the head of Nazi. The main role of Captain America was played by Chris Evans. The movie shows Howard Stark, father of Tony Stark. In the end, Steve Rogers is found in Times Square. He is later informed by Nick Fury that he is asleep for 70 years.
Marvel’s The Avengers (2012)
This is one of the best Marvel series combining all the superheroes in one movie. It includes Thor, Captain America, Iron Man, the Hulk, Hawkeye, and Black Widow. They fight together against Thor’s brother, Loki who wants to capture the Earth. The superheroes initiate the mission to find Tesseract. The movie also features Pepper Potts. This role is played by Gwyneth Paltrow. At the ending part of the movie, Thanos makes a special appearance. The movie ends with Thor returning Loki and Tesseract to the kingdom Asgard and The Avengers eat together at a restaurant.
Phase Two
Iron Man 3 (2013)
This movie is the sequel of Iron Man 1 and Iron Man 2. The movie features Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man. The movie starts with a New Year’s party when Tony Stark meets Maya Hansen who invents regenerative treatment for injuries. Later, Stark gets many attacks in the Battle of New York. Stark helps his girlfriend, Pepper Potts in stabilizing Extremis effects. In the end, Tony Stark removed the shrapnel and throws the arc reactor in the sea. He makes a promise to live the rest of his life as Iron Man without the suit and technology.
Thor: The Dark World (2013)
This is the continuing part of Thor which was made in the year 2011. The movie starts with a clash between Bor who is the father of Odin and Dark Elf Malekith for a weapon, Aether. Later, Thor joins hands with Jane Foster who is an astrophysicist. Loki gets wounded in a clash with Algrim. It was later revealed that Odin turns into Loki who is still alive. The Tesseract is in Asgard as shown in the movie. It also features Captain America in a special appearance.
Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014)
This Marvel series is continuing part of Captain America. The character of Steve Rogers is shown as working for espionage agency S.H.I.E.L.D. Steve unites with Natasha Romanoff. They both plan to attack Fury with different techniques. Fury is later assassinated by the Winter Soldier. Steve and Natasha then discover a bunker in New Jersey. The bunker is destroyed by a missile later. In a fight, Steve Rogers comes to know that the Winter Soldier is his best friend, Bucky Barnes. The age of miracles is shown to be started at the end of the movie which is tested with superhuman speed and telekinetic powers.
Guardians of the Galaxy (2014)
This is one of the best Marvel series of the year 2014. Beautiful characters, amazing outfits and special effects are notable points of this film. The movie shows Peter Quill who is kidnapped by the Ravagers. Quill then steals an orb and Korath attacks him. Gamora takes away the orb from Quill when he is just about to sell. Ravagers, Quill’s group,and Nova Corps unite to fight against Dark Aster. After the war, Quill hands over the real stone to Nova Corps. At the end of the movie, Quill comes to know that he is half-human.
Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015)
This sequel of The Avengers was released in the year 2015. It features the combination of many superheroes such as Steve Rogers, Tony Stark, Bruce Banner, Natasha Romanoff, Thor, and Clint Barton. The movie starts with a Hydra facility by Baron Wolfgang von Strucker. Ultron is attacked by Avengers. Stark uploads J.A.R.V.I.S in a synthetic body. Thor helps in activation of the body and explains about the gem on its brows. He says that gem gave him the vision. The Maximoffs and Avengers move to Sokovia where Ultron is building a machine to destroy the extinction. Ultron dies in the ending part of the movie. Later, Avengers then form a new base and Thor comes back to Asgard. Thanos has a special entry in the movie.
Ant-Man (2015)
Ant-Man is one of the best Marvel series including the characters of Scott Lang and Hank Pym. The story takes place in the year 1989 where Hank Pym leaves S.H.I.E.L.D after knowing that his Ant-man technology will be stolen. This technology reduces the size of the user but provides more strength. The story includes a Yellowjacket which Darren Cross wants to have. The fight takes place over the Yellowjacket. The role of Scott Lang is played by Paul Rudd. The new headquarters of Avengers in New York has been shown in this movie. The characters of Wilson, Steve Rogers, and Bucky Barnes are also featured in the movie at the end of the movie. In one of the scenes of the movie, Pym gives Van Dyne a new Wasp suit.
Phase Three
Captain America: Civil War (2016)
Captain American has always fascinated kids and youngsters. This is another part of Captain America. James Bucky Barner is sent to Siberia to chase super-soldier serum. The Avengers is now divided into 2 groups, Tony Stark and Steve Rogers. They face a new enemy, Helmut Zemo who makes Barnes obey him with some of the words. Barnes then explains that Helmut Zemo is the bomber. The Avengers then head to attack Zemo. After the fight, Tony Stark gives leg braces to Rhodes for walking. The ending part of the movie shows Parker with web shooters which are built by Tony Stark. The story of this movie is taken from the comics “Civil War”. This series took 4 months to get completed.
Doctor Strange (2016)
Doctor Strange is a Marvel Series released in the year 2016. The story starts with the killing of a librarian by Kaecilius and his zealots. Stephen Strange then gets injured in one of the car accidents in New York City. He then starts his journey where he learns the lessons of Mystic Arts and the ways to protect Earth from various threats. The Eye of Agamotto is founded by Doctor Strange which is an Infinity Stone. Thor is shown at the end of the movie.
Series of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 (2017)
This part came in theaters in the year 2017. Peter Quill, Baby Groot, Gamora, Rocket,and Drax are the Guardians of the Galaxy. Ayesha who is the leader of the Sovereign race has valuable batteries. She then hires YonduUdonta to capture the Guardians. In a fight, a bomb explodes and Ego is killed. The role of Grandmaster is done by Jeff Goldblum.
Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017)
This is another superhero movie which was released in the year 2017. Peter Parker is included in the team of Avengers by Tony Stark. But Stark suggests studying further as he is not ready for Avenger. But Peter is determined to become a full Avenger and so, he tries to make a balance between his high school studies and the duties of Spider-Man. After Liz goes away, Peter Parker rejects to join the Avengers. Tony Stark then gives the suit back to Peter.
Thor: Ragnarok (2017)
The sequel of Thor and Thor: The Dark World, Thor: Ragnarok shows that Thor is in imprisonment by Surtur who is the demon in Muspelheim. Thor then makes escapes from prison and comes back to Asgard for protecting it. He does not have Mjolnir this time. In the fight, Thor loses his eye and Odin’s vision helps him. Surtur then destroys Asgard and kills Hela. Thor becomes the king and takes his people on the Earth.
Black Panther (2018)
Black Panther is a Marvel Series containing the story of Black Panther. Various African Tribes start a war for vibranium. T’Challa, son of T’Chaka’s comes to Wakanda after his father’s death. He is the king as well as protector of Wakanda. Bucky Barnes makes a cameo appearance in one of the scenes of the movie. The character of T’Chaka is played by John Kani. The plot of the movie is quite different from the rest of the Marvel series released until now.
Avengers: Infinity War (2018)
Avengers: Infinity War is one of the highest-grossing movies of the year 2018. The move has amazing visual effects and storyline. Thanos wants all the Infinity Stones and Avengers to join hands with Guardians of the Galaxy to stop Thanos doing that. Many characters are broken into parts such as Quill, Parker, Maximoff, T’Challa, Mantis, Drax, Barnes, Groot, Wilson and Strange. Thanos sees a sunrise on a new planet at the end. The film was a grand success and it was liked by the people all over the globe.
Ant-Man and the Wasp (2018)
This is the sequel of Ant-Man. In this movie, Scott Lang tries to bring a balance between his normal life and life as an Ant-Man. Hope van Dyne and Hank Pym then offer him a new mission in which they suggest Scott Lang work with Van Dyne as Wasp. In the end, Hope van Dyne, Janet van Dyne, and Hank Pym disintegrate.
Venom (2018)
Venom is a newly released Marvel series. The story is about the 4 samples out of which 1 sample is lost which causes the crashing of the ship in Malaysia. Venom and Brock join hands at the end of the movie to protect Earth from destructions. The movie made a huge business with a gross of more than $500 million. It has superb visual effects and the acting of the characters is also praised by the audience.

Captain Marvel
Captain Marvel is the upcoming Marvel Series which tells the story of Carol Danvers. The story takes place in the year 1990 when Carol joins a military team of Kree. The movie shows a conflict between the alien worlds because of which Earth suffers. The role of Carol Danvers is played by Brie Larson. The movie will also have Nick Fury and Ronan the Accuser.
Avengers 4
Avengers 4 is coming next year. It is a Marvel series including the earlier characters of the movies Avengers. The movie will feature characters such as Tony Stark, Bruce Banner, Thor, Steve Rogers, Black Widow, Dr. Stephen Strange, James Rhodes, Peter-Parker, Black Panther and others. A new character of Brock Rumlow will be added in the movie along with some other characters.
Dark Phoenix
A story of X-Men characters, Dark Phoenix is the continuing part of X-Men: Apocalypse. The story revolves around some missions X-Men take after X-Men: Apocalypse. Jean Grey loses her abilities and releases the Phoenix. There are characters of Mystique, Magneto and Professor X in this film. All the characters may get killed at the end of the movie.
Spider-Man: Far from home
The role of Spider-man will be played by Peter Parker and that of Mary Jane will be done by Zendaya. The movie will start with a summer vacation when Peter Parker and his friends go to Europe.
